Some dumb fucking bitch took 2 Astros. If anyone wants to offer me a fair deal for Bagwell that would be the tits, as I am kinda screwed on this i am open to not particularly fair deals as well.

Never thought I'd be rooting for the Yankees so hard, but there I was last night hoping the Dodgers would get ripped to shreds. Greatest comeback ever on the horizon.

Don't feel like finishing this, good luck to the rest of the contenders.

We retire every year....I wouldn't mind doing this once a year. Make it an annual thing possibly

This is out first draft since March, not half way through and we are going through 1 round a day.

SOrry, I'll try to get back on it - end of quarter has been significantly more active than usual and then internet problems at home. I'm not usually this slow.

Think it drags because no one is invested in the chat.

Truly sorry, I wasn't blaming any one person.

Don't worry, I'm doing it. I've rarely had to ask to be skipped. I got an offer to start a new position in 3 months on Monday and the boss is increasing my workload to get the agency ready for when I leave.

I'm finally understanding what it means to be a busy parent. Probably spread a bit too thin at the moment, but considering we know others who do even more, it's a little consolation.

My only fear is that I know it's only going to get worse, lol.

I figured it would be slower. When we did them all the time we got in a groove. I will admit I forget sometimes so then it takes more time to research bc it's 3 sports in one

Football seems to be the only sport where the GOAT is actually up for change throughout the course of history.

Basketball, you have people who will adamantly defend Jordan. You have newer fans who will adamantly claim Lebron. Honestly I've been on team Jordan for as long as I can remember, but given what Lebron is STILL doing that argument is growing slimmer by the day. Even still, I don't think there will be a consensus on this.

Baseball you have Ruth. Bonds maybe 2nd?

For basketball and baseball is there anything a new player could actually accomplish that would make any of you change your minds on who the new GOATs for these sports would be?

We are really slowing down and we aren't even half way through the draft. I am thinking this may indeed be our swan song.

For me, (and im absolutely the wrong person to ask) virtually every time it's landed on me it's been like 6/7 PM. The scope of this draft is pretty huge, youre talking effectively every player ever in the 3 major sports. There just isnt time to sit and do it correctly and do the draft justice.

Ive been out of these for that reason. I just take zero enjoyment of feeling the obligation of being on a clock for a mock draft that ultimately means nothing.

But again, im the way wrong person to ask.

I reckon i'll say this again. I am glad you joined us but being you feel this way you certainly didn't have to. Kinda seems like a punishment for you.

Personally I'm enjoying it. Making me learn some new names because I've never been a huge NBA person. I've done fantasy basketball before but my basketball interests are way more in the college range than NBA. I've actually talked about the draft with a buddy who's also active on message boards and telling him what's going on.

However I'm also in the same boat as @CitySushi

We just had our first in early September so when I go home from work, it's 99% of my time being spent with him.
