8 Players who made two or more Pro Bowls but are not in the NFL Hall of Fame
8 Players who made one or no Pro Bowls but are not in the NFL Hall of Fame

You may only trade players who are in the same 8. You can trade picks but you cannot trade 8's...

Meaning you can't trade 1 Hall of Famer and 1 One or less Pro Bowlers for 2 players who played in more than 1 Pro Bowl. That kinda thing!

We all must draft

1 - QB
6 - RB/FB/WR/TE
5 - OL

4 - DL
3 - LB
5 - DB

As always you can draft for a 3-4 defense meaning

3 - DL
4 - LB

YEAR RESTRICTION
Player must have played his final game no later than 2010

... Or even 4-3 players at 3-4


Let owners create the teams they want, and let voters vote the way they want...

I truly feel like those rules ONLY make it more important to have strong WRs and CBs...

Players must have started at the minimum 30 games at a position to be eligible. If Pro Football Reference just lists them at DE, LB, T, G you can play them at LDE/RDE or LLB/RLB or LT/RT or LG/RG

The reason I have those rules is to try to make us all draft the same type of team which I believe makes it easier for people to vote and it makes it easier for people to draft.

But, just for you we will open it up for this one, although I still suggest not playing 3-4 defenders in a 4-3
