Votto is an interesting case. He has numbers that are shoe in Hall of Fame if kept up but he doesn't necessarily have that feel

I understand what you mean, but he has a MVP and his career MVP SHares is 34th. He will be an eventual HOF probably a 4th or 5th ballot kinda guy.

I'm not saying that it's the end all be all but to say I have the worst lineup is I feel a bit harsh. THere are 5 guys there with an OBP north of .400. I feel its more 6th with a top rotation. But w/e it is what it is.

Thing is it's not about that, you don't have any super sexy names in the middle of your lineup, Gehrig, Mays, Mantle, Foxx, Bonds, Aaron, Musial, that's why you didn't get votes. Whether you agree or not if you replace McCovey or Edgar and put in any one of the guys I just listed you're moving on.

for sure there were only 9 teams so most are top players at their posistion. Obviously there is a clear difference of opinion with it being a shutout. Is what it is.

What's funny for me is there are games that end up 6 - 5 in the voting that should have been a shutout, voting is stupid and doesn't work but there's no other way to do it, so...
