Cap draft based on the individual highest total for a season the player had in their career.
    Strikeouts - Pitchers
    Homeruns - Batters

For example HR's we base the number off the single highest total. So for Bonds his cap figure would be 73. For Ruth it would be $60.
Additionally for Pitchers we would use their individual highest SO season total. Sandy Koufax would be $382. Billy Wagner $124.

    Cap for pitchers - $1,600 (K totals)
Cap for batters - $300 (HR total)

324 games started to qualify at a position.
    No restrictions on pitchers.

NO PLAYER RESTRICTIONS (324 at a player position to be eligible though)

You cannot trade $ but you can trade picks or players.

You have 350 as Ks in parentheses.

Ahhh that brings us to...do we make it one big cap?

We could do $2,000 total. Obviously HR’s for batters and K’s for pitchers but no set cap for each....

So, you use the best season of their career for their number but is that the only number you add up or do you add their total home runs?

$1,600 would mean you can pick nine guys who averaged 177 home runs in their best season. Maybe you switch the numbers, like $350 for home runs and $1,600 for strikeouts.

EDIT... Those numbers are probably too high.

I'm gonna sit this one out, can't spend any time on line during the day right now and i'm just starting the interview process for a new job in Austin. If I get the job i'll be working from home again.

    Good luck fellas...

well I cant really run this...bachelor party this weekend. Wedding next weekend. Gonna be booked.

but this cap would be highest single season total for every batter and pitcher.

Ex: If you pick Bonds, $73, would be his cap. So about 39 HR’s per batter.
Ex: if you pick Koufax, $382, would be his cap. So about 177 K’s per pitcher, includes BP though and theirs is obviously much lower

    It's the thought that counts.

Everyone can pretty much just tag the person who drafts next when they pick. Shane and Titz can do some texting.
