Picking 6 bullpen?

Whenever I think you like them too much...it jumps up to a whole new level!

It was simply to give us an even number. I reckon we could do 18

Still think that we should move up the window so we don’t include dead ball era. It’s pretty much cheating imo.

Even if that means we increase the hr max to 2000

LOL, first time I agree with you here. 4 max for BP.

Ya know, one day he's going to say something positive! We might all be drafting from an old folks home but it's gonna happen!!!

But if we limit .300 avg guys that should be good enough.

Having a max # of .300 hitters solves that

Umm no it doesn’t. Not at all. Power hitters generally don’t hit .300. And any hitter pre 1930 that will be taken all has .300 or better. So what are you accomplishing?? Nothing!!

Increasing the homerun total and cutting out pre 1930 does nothing too so why not keep pre

There is a difference between a ty Cobb and a tony Gwynn. We know the type of player tony Gwynn is. His lack of home runs would be accounted for. But TY cobb’s Lack of home runs is like saying let’s take one of the best power hitters of his time and get him for nothing.

If we are doing pre 1930 then there is no reason to not do post 2005 and current. I mean it’s just as much of a mystery and just as much cheating.

I went a whole like MEga Draft complementing picks and no response to those. Might as well stick with what works.

Sure they do...

Mays .302
Aaron .305
Musial .331
Ruth .342
Pujols .300
Gehrig .340

If we make it .290 that would include Mantle, Bonds, Arod

That Gwynn has more HR than Cobb, but Cobbs slugging was 60 points higher and lead the league in Slugging 8 times.
