Can't wait.

There is a good chance this won't be good. But I don't care.

That 92 on metacritic is pretty impressive. I probably would've seen it if it had a 52 metacritic but now I'm hyped

This looks like it's one of those "here's what really happened" movies that can be told now that most, if not all of the real players, are managing grass from the root side.

Just watched this 3-hour masterpiece by Scorsese.

DeNiro, Pacino & Pesci made it worth every minute.

Small parts by Keitel, Paquin & Ramano also good.

Amazing screenplay & makeup effects on these very old actors.

That was a long ass movie. It is factionalized, I assume. I don’t remember ever hearing that they know what happened to Hoffa...

I think the reason I like this movie so much is I went in expecting it to be the continued life story of Rudy Rudiger. Man was I relieved when Pesci came on screen.

It is based off a book written by an investigative journalist who claims to have spoken to Shearan before he died. Shearan supposedly told him him most of the details particularly that he killed Hoffa and Joey Gallo.

Since the book came out 30 years after Hoffa's disappearance they weren't able to verify the details as the crime scene was much too old to get DNA. But a number of the details were apparently pretty accurate.

I enjoyed the movie. I wouldn't put it up against Scorcese's greatest but pretty damn good.

A very different approach to story telling from most of his famous movies.

I enjoyed it. Them playing characters a couple of decades younger was a bit distracting at times and not all that believable. But I didn't realize it had gone on for > 3 hours when it ended so thumbs up on it being engaging. Also some of the famous locales were obviously not as portrayed, but that doesn't matter to anyone not familiar with them.
