Interesting angle on the old story. Looks cool.

Meh. The plot is so thin it's almost invisible too. Basically it's Sleeping With The Enemy... except this time he's invisible! Elizabeth Moss does a fine job as his abused wife, but that's about it. It was way too long for what it was and the payoff was not worth the wait. It wasn't terrible but I was expecting a lot more.

I wouldn't even bother to watch it.

I actually thought it paced pretty well but I will agree with you on the plot and it kinda being a letdown, especially if you see the reviews.

I know we shouldn't expect lots of logic when dealing with a guy thats fucking invisible. But there was some mind blowing decisions that either made things too convenient or impossible to explain due to the sheer improbability.

Too many noticable logic & plot holes for me. Not only is he invisible but he apparently also has super human strength and ninja combat abilities, for example. What was up with that?

We also get virtually nothing about who he is and the invisibility technique that he developed. He's a genius optics specialist.. that's it. It wasn't terrible, but has a 90% fresh on RT, so I was expecting better. The audience gives it an 89% so maybe it's me.

I definitely agree with you. Even the whole faked death was not explained at all and defied any sense of realism ha.

I did enjoy it, but it was not a top flight movie. As a guy with a pass to see basically as many movies as I want in a month, this one really benefited with how awful February was as a movie month. I was just happy to see a passable movie.

Heard this is a pretty good horror film. Not many jump scares but just a good combo of thriller and a creepiness to it.

@FaCe-LeE-uS

Now if I was invisible... it's pretty obvious what I'd be doing! :heh: First, I would sneak into single girls' homes... and then wait for them to take a shower. THEN, when they are finished, I'd wipe down the shower with a REALLY nice squeegee leaving it spotless! And then the next morning when they go in to take a shower, they are left clueless and baffled on how they have the cleanest shower! MWAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!
