As explained in the Team-by-Team Thread, I am planning on making a thread every three days for a different team. The first few posts will be questions, requests for predictions, etc. There will be a poll unless I don't feel like making one. Some teams are less interesting than others.

Please participate in posting articles, predictions, etc.

The Washington Wizards Thread - Lost to the Eastern Conference Runnerup.

The Dallas Mavericks Thread - Lost to the Champions.

The Charlotte Hornets Thread - Lost to the Finals Runnerup.

The Memphis Grizzlies Thread - Lost to the Western Conference Runnerup.

The Atlanta Hawks Thread - Lost to the Eastern Conference Runnerup.

The Houston Rockets Thread - Lost to the Runnerup to the Western Conference Runnerup.

Not only did Houston lose Parsons.....they lost 2 key bench players. I see the Rockets being an 8th or 9th seed.

I don't see them making the playoffs.

I put them as a 1st round exit. Dwight and Harden are good enough to get them to the playoffs (as long as Dwight doesn't pout too much), but they seem to be the only "contender" who actually managed to get worse.

Lots of teams got better.

But, the Rox got worse.

I think they will be a 7 or 8 seed.

However, I wouldn't shed a tear if they finished 9th.

If Healthy, The Pelicans could steal a playoff spot this Season.

The jury is still out on the Suns.

I don't see them making the playoffs.

My guy Blake, Aldridge and K. Love get all the attention.

But, after what I saw in the US vs. Brazil game, Davis will be the best PF in the NBA in 2 years, maybe less.

His offense is coming along nicely. But, his defense is STIFLING.

You may very well be right. If, as some expect, the Suns and Pelicans continue to improve and the Rockets are fighting for a 7th or 8th seed, I could see those teams keeping them out.

I've been wondering what will happen with Sessions. He's one of the best FAs still available. Does make sense for the Rockets.

Their team chemistry is a good bet to be horrendous regardless. They will never win anything with Mchale.

I was a big believer (but not a supporter) in the Rockets last year and boy did I turn out to be wrong. And it seems like they got a bit worse.

Sessions would be a nice pickup.

Beverly is a pest, not a pg.

They can get away with that because Harden is the primary ball handler.

But, he has to go to the bench to rest at some point.
