And please don't answer "when they put the uniforms on", etc. Don't be that guy.

I am looking for when you said "we ain't winning this" after a particular decision, play or whatever. It's easy to armchair QB it but I thought (ie screamed at the TV) when we didn't go for six and opted for three on the first drive of the second half. Marvin showed stones by going for it at the end of the first half and getting the BJGE TD to make it a ballgame. However, he reverted to form by playing field position and time of possession instead of playing to win by opting for 3. It was 4th and 1 at the 1 yard line. Go. For. It.

I understand the mentality of getting to within 17-13 early in the second half but the D had not done anything to warrant the trust he put in them. Even with a long rest on the sidelines, it was evident that the Ravens were/are more than capable of quick strike, bell answering drives and...lo and behold...

Flacco takes them 9 plays, 94 yards in 3:41 seconds. TD. 24-13 which shrinks the playbook and plays to the strength of the Ravens D.

Anything IN PARTICULAR stand out as a game defining moment?

When Marvin failed to challenge the Green incompletion... he single-handedly killed that drive. Sometimes you have to match points with points particuarly when you have a defense like ours.

That moment pretty much sums up Marvin as a head coach.

When the Ravens scored a touchdown on their first drive of the second half.

The D was given plenty of time to rest, cool off, make adjustments and basically start the game over only down 4. Instead they were completely destroyed.

When Leon Hall dropped an easy INT in the 3rd qtr I immediately said they would score the next play. They did and never looked back.

Pitta's TD. Perfect throw by Flacco.

It was a perfect throw, but if Leon Hall didn't have rubber mallets for hands, it wouldn't have happened. We would have had the ball, with a ton of momentum and a chance to take the lead. Instead, they extended it to 11 points, and the pick 6 happened just after.

even still..that was a game changing drive. If the D was worth a damn they wouldnt have even got that close to the endzone. They needed a 3 and out. Instead, Flacco marches them right down the field. no problem. And just to get it off my chest I fucking cant stand Rey Maulaluga. Christ that guy sucks.

I was so stoked when they picked that fucker too. I thought they got a steal getting him in the 2nd. I hated the Smith pick (I wanted Raji). Now Smith is looking like one of the better RT's in the game. He was a beast last night...and he was one of the only Bengals that hustled on the pick 6.

Isn't it going to sting when we lose Smith in free agency? The dude is really turning into a good pro.

I hate Rey. Hopefully he'll just get hurt again.

aren't we being forced to spend money next year?

I would guess we'll have to retain our own free agents for a change, other than letting them graduate.

when does hawkins graduate? another team would know how to use him.

I was pretty excited about getting him too though he was my second choice. I really wanted Lauranitas from OSU but he was picked a few picks ahead of us.

Typical Bengals pick. Teams with real scouting departments skip over a "talent" and we get sucked into believing we got a "steal".

Hmm... I though Rey was just playing out of position in his first year and that's why he sucked. I thought he'd never have to cover a single player if he played middle linebacker..... Blah, blah, blah. Why don't we just cut him now?
