Actually, what I think happened is that the stats and rankings are sometimes viewed in " Super Bowl Era" only.

I looked at a lot of websites that have different ranking and I couldn't figure out why until I started noticing this phrase on a lot of ranking.

If that is the case, this would explain his drop in some states. Fran played at least 6 years before the "Super Bowl Era".

Well I was wrong about the top five currently because a number of current quarterbacks just surpassed him. For example, Wilson just passed him last week on Rushing yards. There are three current QBs that are still active that passed him in Most wins and forth quarter comebacks.
