Do they feel that they don't have to draft a defensive end, because the first four games are highly winnable? And game five they get two defensive ends back?

Might take Billings if he's there in the top of the 4th and possibly get Prescott at 135

No idea who they take, but no reason to trade up IMO. Andrew Billings, Connor Cook, Dak Prescott and Matt Judon are all on the board. I would be ecstatic with any on those guys as 4th rounders
