I thought it was silly actually, the fans did appear to get a kick out of it. edited to add...enough beer and almost anything can be entertaining...lol

Supposedly to keep caddies from getting hurt but I think the PGA is concerned that the whole Phoenix Open has become a giant party disguised as a golf tournament and they don't like the atmosphere that is developing.

The PGA gave some lame excuse about caddies complaining that they were being forced to do this undignified stuff, but remember, this is the hole where they boo every shot that does not hit the green. Its different. James Hann did the Gang Nam Style dance after his birdie there. he's a good dancer.
