Justin Timberlake as younger Bruce Wayne. He's actually been a decent actor in a couple of smaller roles, and it would certainly sell tickets. Plus I could buy him as a spoiled rich kid, who nobody would EVER suspect as Batman. Not sure if he could pull off the batman part though.

Yeah I think you’d need a separate person to put the cowl on.

I’m not sure that works.

Why not Ryan Reynolds? He's already the Green Lantern and Deadpool.

This was such a stupid fucking scene I couldn't believe Snyder thought it would be acceptable

View attachment 197614

I do agree it was executed badly, they should have spent more time the actual meaning of the scene so people didn't come away with thinking it was just about their mothers.

This is how the scene was supposed to be taken;

Since Batman saw what Superman did to Metropolis that day fighting Zod he was determined to stop him because to him he didn't have any humanity and passion and didn't care if innocent people died as long as the ends justified the means. During the Martha scene Superman was so willing to accept his death as long as Batman saved his mother it made Batman realize that he was wrong about Superman given he was willing to die as long as Batman saved an innocent.

Now obviously if someone says the name of your dead mother of course you're gonna be taken aback but they should've transitioned Batman from only focusing on that aspect to further explain what I said above as his reasoning for not following through and killing him

Thats....kind of a big deal though. I mea...I'd argue it's more important to be a convincing Batman in a Batman movie, than a convincing alter ego.

Armie Hammer previously appeared alongside Henry Cavill in The Man from UNCLE (2015):

I know they've wanted to use him in a DC film for some time (he was originally going to be Superman in 2006), though I thought he was going to be cast as Hal Jordan for a GL soft reboot.

Depends how origin they go. Plus hes a decently in shape guy, he can look fine as batman in the cowl. Especially with movie magic. The only thing would be his little voice trying to do a batman voice. I don't think he could do a Christian Bale growl, but I'm sure he could do something more like Michael Keaton's whisper.

I could never see Timberlake as Batman. Ever.

he is a grossly underrated actor but I don't think he looks the part.

Michael Keaton.

Heck, they've managed to make Tom Cruise look like a badass on many movies, without even using a cowl.
