He's a tough one to get in touch with. I wish I had known today, I saw him at the local fair and could have said something to him. He's not a big texter though and even when I've sent him offers it takes a few days to hear back from him.

Too much most likely. Penny valued may have dropped some, but it’s going to go back up soon enough. I know even at his decreased value he’s still valued higher then a certain rookie RB.

Meh..maybe some, I put it more to Golladay's going higher, (soon to be through the roof in my book) and Clement/Smallwood really being able to help me right now more than Penny can
