Been spending some time this summer on an old 15 foot aluminum semi-v fishing boat I picked up on a trade. I'm not exactly sure who makes it, as it was manufactured before hull plates were a thing. The previous registration says its a 1971 Lund, but it doesn't look like any Lund I've found pictures of.
It came with a solid little '78 Johnson 15 hp 2 stroke, new trailer tires, and not much else. I've added a couple simple floor pieces between the benches, some rod holders and a trolling motor.
I bought a MinnKota Powerdrive V2 50 lb thrust from a guy who couldn't get it to work right. Replaced the control board in it and now have an awesome $500 trolling motor for about $200, total.
Over all, it's a bit small for a big fella like me, it's old, and it's ugly. What more could I want?
