Your kidding right? Carolina playing 2/3rds of a team, 4th string QB and with help from the refs and they still tried to give it away. Gb or Sea blows them out in a runaway. They played up to their record.

Cardinals, draft a punter. They put up a good fight and made a good showing for themselves in spite of no punting game and no offense. But I can't give too much love to the Cards because next season they will again be in the running and I will have to find a way to sports hate them.

Lets hope the next game is better.

Panthers probably won't advance but I think they have a good enough defense to compete next week. They also have a nice running attack. Cam throwing the ball is their major issue IMO

NFC South has better offensive teams than the NFC West.....go look up the numbers

Take away Carolina out of the picture, the NFC South had the 1/9 & 8/12 total & scoring offensive teams

Seattle which was the only top 20 offensive team in the West finished 9th in total offense & 10th in scorin offense.

So yeah it's not exactly like Carolina were playing teams who couldn't move the ball or score points

I don't think the Panthers defense is bad per se but I have a hard time seeing them keeping the Panthers in the game next week against either team. They will need a very favorable turnover margin.

A struggling Panthers team were leading against the Hawks with less than 5 mins to play. One more stop and they likely would have won that game. It is possible they could make it a close game next week if they face the Hawks.
