comparing this video to the MNF game where there were some similar head shot incidents. Its shaky right now in sports for whats legal and whats not, Geoffrion got a concussion from this so there was some sort of blow to the head. Tootoo is doing his job and not taking penalties but trying to draw them, haters be hatin'.
