Legendary player. Should be first ballot HOF. Three SB wins mostly won on his foot with NE and then another with Indy. The snow game. The greatest show on turf SB winning kick. Most points scored of any player ever. The Herschel Walker tackle. And so much more. Legend.

You were a great Patriot.
Not quite "Foxboro Forever" Edelman great, but great nonetheless.

He knew two things

1) His best days were almost past
2) Bill only pays for best days and always wants a discount.

Maybe it's because he wasn't a patriot, but he after he left he seemed like a fine kicker, but not much above average.

He showed a kicker can also be a "football player". Someone posted the Walker video and the best part was the reaction by the announcers. They were blown away.

While he was with the Patriots, he was always in a position to be ""THE"" guy when a game was on the line. AV was born with a brain that didn't get cramps when squeezed. Undrafted, unknown. Hall of Fame.

Still makes John Gruden's stomach push food back toward his mouth.
