Thank God Creighton Lost

I awoke yesterday morning and immediately prayed to the good Lord that Creighton would lose by double digits. At church (when they passed the basket around) I included a bonus check and prayed once again. Lo and Behold Creighton lost by 16.

I truly believe he heard me, and there was a divine intervention here.

Plus, Creighton is the one that needed the prayers before the game just to keep it close. Never a doubt.

Actually I think it was all me. I turned the game on and Creighton was up 4-0. The Duke scores 9 straight points. I change the channel to see the end of the LaSalle game and Duke was up 14-9. I change it back and Creighton is up 21-20 and right away Duke hits a 3 to start a 9-2 run to end the first half and then never changed the channel again. Yep, it was ALL me!!!!

My God also lets me pray in the shower while I'm soaping my wang. I never have to confess to a dirty priest in a dark little room for forgiveness. After all, my god already knows I scrubbed a little longer than neccessary but he's cool with it because I don't charge for fish frys.
