You better hope Houston or Texas state doesn't come calling, they'll bump you so fast.

The SEC has mandated that starting in 2016 every team has to play an OOC game against a P5 conference. Since Notre Dame aligning with the ACC caused Clemson to drop the '15 and '16 home and home with Ole Miss, we're scrambling to find one. And the pickings are slim. Doubtful anybody cancels a series without a very good reason, especially with 3 of the P5 conferences having 9 game conference schedules.

Well West Carolina, Samford, Eastern Kentucky, Charleston Southern, Tennessee Martin, and Presbyterian need to play OOC games too.

OK, so they have LSU scheduled for 2027/2028 now.
That means that LSU will cancel the game again in 2024 if Oklahoma looks like it's tough game.
