I feel bad for Mack. He is a likeable guy. Hell, I'm an A&M fan but if he came to my living room and said I want your boy to come play at Texas, he might be able to talk us into it. I don't think he is the greatest Xs & Os guy but he ran a good ship.

I can't lie, I am enjoying this implosion. Mostly because of t-sip fans. They talk so much shit, try to convince everyone they are superior in everyway, and basically just show their ass. It's great to see all of that come back to bite them in the butt.

I'd go for Charlie Strong if I were Texas. Getting him fresh off a potential MNC run with a potential Heisman contending QB and #1 draft pick would lead to a lot of team confidence and recruiting potential.

Pretty sure we knew that was Shaw based on the Stanford shirt.

A big part of the problem is the scheme.

They run nickle nearly all game......yet the moron didn't put a spy on the QB that was torching them, and instead kept running fire blitzes. Diaz had no feel for the game, or basic concepts. He also doesn't teach gap integrity. They'll improve just by doing the BASICS well, as they don't right now. How MUCH they improve will depend on the coaching and talent.
