Yes. If UT sees they have nothing to fear from the OU passing game they'll put 8 in the box and it'll be a 14-7 meat grinder that either team could win. OU's got to be able to throw the ball with at least a modicum of consistency. Otherwise we're a couple of fumbles and a bad break away from finding ourselves in a hell of a hole against a decent team. And yea, Texas is gonna play better against us than they're playing tonight.

I don't think the Texas offense played that badly. It was a mediocre effort but not horrific.
BYU is a dominant defense playing at home.
Once Texas fell behind, it sort of limited the play calling .

This loss is all on MANNY DIAZ and his horrible defensive schemes.

Texas was pathetic last season on defense, but we fell for the mirage of some late season improvement.

This game finally should be the nail in DIAZ coffin.

Even in the 2010 5-7 year, Texas still had a top 10 defense.
