Signed with the Panthers not the Bengals.

Sanu is the next Rice. We're fine.

I heard he was going to play WR and S. Maybe play at QB too. He will throw the ball and catch it himself.

Yeah, we are not really signing anyone. Kinda disappointing to say the least with that much money to spend. They had better lock Geno, AJ up long term or I will be more than mad at the organization for sitting on their heels the entire offseason.

Prepare to be disappointed.

We're spending 89%. Not a cent more.

But they are close to 65% right now. They have a shit load to spend to even get to 89% this year. I know that it only has to average 89% over 3 or 4 years, but that means if they are going to be so far under this year, they will have to really spend in the next 3 years to even manage that, which to me means, there is no chance in hell AJ or Geno doesn't get locked up long term.

Wouldn't you think?

Where you gettin that 65% from? I think spending 89% means you're about 15 mil in the hole right off the bat. We can't afford Geno, AJ, Dunlap, MJ. Someone will be gone. Hell, they may not wanna stay, either.

Didn't hobspin already tell us that the cap money was gone?

89% is the Bengals cap. I have no idea what happened to spending 99% went.

I'd rather have Ginn. At least he has a chance at bringing a kick back. Tate, on the other hand, likes to call fair catch at the 1.

I disagree, but only because I think Marvin would have started Ginn ahead of Jones or Sanu, and given him about 8 games to suck and drop passes before benching him.

Do you guys believe we can outbid everyone for Tate's services now that Ginn is off the table?

We're screwed either way. We're going to have the same 22-man starting lineup as last year. I'm convinced of it.

We'll draft Tavon Austin and bench him.

we don't have a high enough pick for Tavon Austin, so we can forget about that.
