Doubtful. He played the worst defense in BCS history...just think Rohan Davey threw for 450 yards in the 2002 Sugar Bowl vs a garbage Illinois defense. Tebow was a great college player, but this record isn't really that impressive. Cincy gave up 45 to UCONN at home lol.
