Caught this recent pic on his instagram.

Notice he is bringing his left arm up by his ear instead of dropping it.

How it took him this long to fix it beyond me but I'm glad it is looking better bc that 2010-2011 throwing much was fugly yep I just typed that. Glad it's fixed !!!!!

Keep the good work up tmart offense is gonna have to be on 2007-08 big 12 offense mode....
Every possession might need to be a TD.

They might need to avg50 pts a game.

Yeah, I don't see the defense making a major push forward, so we are going to have to put 7 on the board almost every possession in order to win......Luckily, I think they might be capable of that.....<rose colored glasses>

Shit. I feel like every possession could easily be a TD if we just quit coughing up the rock.

Actually the upper body is the last thing you focus on in throwing form. Feet is always number 1, and is the hardest to get right. He did well with it last year, now to add a bit more zip and accuracy they will focus on not dropping that shoulder.

I'm not sure how much you know, so I won't question you, but this is helpful in terms of how I see it: Not a single professional qb who is successful drops his left arm that far. Not one.

Plus I'm pretty sure they fixed his footwork. In fact I know they did. So now they've finally gotten to the upper body.

I know what you mean when you say "feet is always number 1", because you can't start working on upper body until you have a solid base, but that doesn't diminish the importance of Tayor finally getting to the point where he can start tucking that left arm and quit dipping his shoulder so damn much.

We're on the same page.

No, I just loved Danny Green's performance in the finals and haven't gotten around to changing it.

Thanks for reminding me.

Them losing doesn't change the fact that he's the greatest 3 point shooter in the finals of all time.

Not sure what you see, but a strong shoulder throwing into a planted foot along with accuracy and foot talent is what we need to see

Over the top or not, the quickness and delivery are still average. It is still late, and it is till side-armed and flat.

Above anything that can be tauht, TM needs to get more vertical in is throwing motion .

Then again, I don't know half as much as Brasky will tell you all.

Not sure how much one can gather from this picture regarding throwing motion. It's after the release.

Yeah, I was alluding to the fact they worked on his footwork this year and have moved to the upper body. Ideally he would have received this coaching in Middle School so it's all put together come senior year in high school. Taylor's way behind the eight ball.

I think his point was just the placement of the off-arm at the end of the release. His feet are bit narrow at the base for me still.
