tomorrow in Edmonton - He took in the Lions - Eskimos game tonight, but the Leos thumped the Eskies 25-10 tonight.

Oh well, might as well get used to it, Taylor :D

seems to be a no brainer contract.
3 year deal, as much money as allowed, and get me out of here at 15.

kind of a no brainer. should be real interesting to see if lowe and co. can mess this up again.
i honestly am not sure what the next move for them should be.
i'd assume center or a goalie, as i can't imagine the bulin wall is seeing straight quite yet.... and thats if his back is healed to begin with.

Hall said he won't wear number 4 out of respect for Kevin Lowe?!? Hey KLowe, here's your chance to do the right thing and let the kid wear #4. I wonder if he (Lowe) can put that ego aside.

Oilers have made it official:

Taylor Hall is one step closer to the NHL.

The Edmonton Oilers have signed the No. 1 draft pick to his three-year, entry-level contract.

Hall's deal includes the maximum base salary of $900,000 per season and could end up netting him in the neighbourhood of $3-million each year depending on how many performance bonuses he reaches.

The 18-year-old was selected with the top pick at last month's NHL entry draft in Los Angeles.

He'll attend the Oilers development camp for young players starting tomorrow
.
