I've never ever seen a recruit push the announcement back so that they can get more attention to announce they are a Husker.

He tweeted that 40 mins ago actually and then shortly after it was announced that it would be delayed.

My guess: He was about to go out and tell everyone he's turning down all scholarships to pursue his rap career.
