Can't disagree with this sentiment, however, considering the type of smaller quick receivers that most teams use in the slot, it's possible that Jimmy Moreland will give him a run for the title.

I really like Moreland who seems to have taken that old DB credo to heart. "They can't catch it, If I've got it. " I'm really pulling for the young man. Perhaps he will become what we thought we lost in Fuller.

Although I think Sweat will be the best player from the draft this year I would be okay if it was Moreland. I have liked the kid since I watched his video. Great feet and hips. Still a little worried about Moreland's size but we shall see. Remember Michael Irvin running 45768396 crossing roots on Darrell Green? I am rooting for the kid also.

Perhaps they both shine, what a bonus that will be for us!

This is where we need to be somewhat patient & objective. The reality is that likely some of the picks may not pan out or may take a few years to develop. Just about nobody hits on all picks (would love this to be an exception). We will see - should be fun to watch.

I think everyone is patient. Have no idea what I am supposed to chill about. No one is a give but I like Sweats chance to be darned good from the start. Moreland is a late round pick but you have to like what he has done so far. Still a lot to prove.

You guys are way too sensitive. I was only stating that some picks won't be perfect - no big deal. I am not asking for anyone to not get excited & be thrilled with the picks. Just hoping that folks don't get upset if some of these picks don't make an immediate impact - it happens. Oh well - no big deal.

I'm not sensitive. Been around football all my life and am well aware of the ups and downs of the game. Was just wondering why you said chill. Sometimes you see a player you like. Sometimes they work out and sometimes they don't. Sometimes you are watching Babe Laufenburg, Mark Mason, Marko Mitchell or Colt Brennan. Sometimes you are watching Joe Jacoby, Darryl Grant or Chris Hanburger.

It gets more personal when it is your family or kids you coached. Even then you know it is all up to how you perform.

Anyhow … I am chilled. :D:suds:

My fault folks, I should have never mentioned that I was pulling for the young man (Moreland) and Sweat to do well. If you guys can momentarily take me at my word, I'll self punish by standing in a corner for an hour or so!:D

Bad Sty.....Bad!

Did sweat participate in minicamp and OTAs? That dude has the body shape and step to be freakishly good

If so how did he look?

Specifically how does his bend look?
