Yeah I'm kinda glad Seattle didn't sign him, the chances of him being as successful as Ohtani are very slim and that's a lot of money for someone who could turn out to be a dud, its kind of a crapshoot.

That is a lot money. Won’t pretend know I have watched him but there were some negatives on him but I guess we got that now in Winker, mostly being they will be in a platoon role. Did I mention I hate when Jerry says he loves versatility. There have been 3 gold glove players on his team and damn near a 4th with France last year and none were versatile”. Call me old school but I think it hinders players when they have to check the scorecard to find out what position they are playing.
