In Gunn's video, the graphic that said "LIVE ACTION" only appeared for the TV series. All the films were just labeled "FILM". In any case, this film will be live-action. The casting search for the new Superman for this film is one of the most discussed casting searches in the entertainment blogosphere right now, and they're not looking for a voice actor.

And a long 12 years between the two Superman movies too. By comparison, the original Superman trilogy spanned 5 years, and there were 4 Thor movies in 11 years. It's incredible how badly WB mismanaged the previous DC Extended Universe.

Do I care? No, but the studio should when it’s a waste of their money when they have already blown a crap load of money. Build up the other characters and have cameos with the new Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. If the studio wants to do an origin story then they should one for the most popular DC character currently which is Harley.

that show was ok... but it was also too much!!,,, It wasn't enough lore, and took too much liabilities...it had its moments... I think one of its problems is that it was a British show, and not entirely DC...

Corenswet actually turns 30 in a couple of weeks, though he is younger than Brosnahan.
