well my dislike for the Chiefs is well documented but insomuch as is possible without the Chiefs winning, I do hope you enjoy the game. You and @There is A Moose at 3rd.

Did not enjoy very much of that game- we got our asses kicked for about 3.25 quarters of it and made bad mistakes on top of it. Very, very lucky to win. I don't care though now.

Too bad Kyle just doesn’t seem to have it come Super Bowl time. Not a good look for him blowing double digit leads in the 4th quarter in both his appearances.

My thoughts:

1) The Chiefs were very good. I do think the 9ers were clearly the 2nd best team in football - so no excuses.

2) Let's see if they can handle being champions.

3) Mahomes is a marvel, but opposing teams will beat him up and we will see if he can transition into a high performer in the pocket.

Kansas City has some key guys that are going to be free agents:
Chris Jones
Kendall Fuller
Bashaud Breeland
Mike Pennel
Emmanuel Ogbah

They are currently projected to be ~$16 Million under the cap. With those guys looking to get paid after getting their ring there will be some tough decisions to be made. They are probably going to pay Mahomes and that will eat up some serious cap space when he gets his new contract.

Mahomes will keep them competitive, but the moves they make in the off-season need to pay off if they are going to stay the favorite to reach the Super Bowl.

You do get the feller that won the SB is the biggest bone head in all of the NFL histories maybe of all sports history . Kyle was kind dick head this last preseason to the Broncos and I really don't hold it against him. He is what I said he is the best at what he does good for him and yes we should have hired him.

If Reed can win a SB anyone can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
