The part that makes me mad is that they had to "exploit" those loopholes because they didn't want to affect their 2012 crime stats. REALLY? One stolen car is enough for you to go through all the hassle of creating new classifications instead of just filing a new report?

Glad he got it back, sucks for the car dealer. Thieves suck.
