We're sitting on the most money in the NFL and not doing anything to get better. Then, the Bengals use young talent as an excuse not to spend (like they're the only team in the NFL with good talent still on a rookie contract). The whole thing pisses me off. I expected it, but it still pisses me off. No sense of urgency or high standards conveyed by this franchise. Ever.
