After a quick start with the Warriors, Steve Blake's production has trailed off and in the past few games and he's been very tentative on the court. I first noticed it in the Knicks game where he passed up a number of wide open looks and just seemed hesitant. He's 0-8 over the last three games and just isn't playing with confidence or assertiveness which is very un-Steve Blake like. He has had a couple of three assists games, but a 5 or 7 assist game hasn't happened in a while. Warriors need him to get back to probing the other team's D and taking wide open shots without hesitation. Hopefully this is just a mini slump but he's clearly not comfortable on the court at the moment. Sometimes I think the Warriors bench has a shooting disease that's highly contagious. I hope Steve Blake hasn't caught it. Speaking of shooting HB's fg% for March was 29%. The worst in the entire association. That's quite an achievement.
