Leking said he was the best player, and he is still crying about it...Maybe he should ask himself why no nba players respect him, or future greats for the most part....Instead of crying about it all the time

he deserves all the accolades and what not - he is the 2 time reigning MVP and won a title last year....

on the other hand...he signed a 4 year 44 million dollar contract a few years ago because at that point he hadnt really had a great career.....now no doubt- since signing that contract he has been great....

the guy is 3 years younger than LeBron...this is not a Kobe/LeBron where the age difference is double that- 6 years...

Curry acts like he is this all time great and hes been a great player for like what? 2-3 seasons? Curry is a 3 time NBA All star....2 time MVP..currently has 1 All NBA 1st team- though he will add a 2nd one this year...0 Finals MVP's, 1 title, 1 Finals appearance, 0 Finals MVP's. 0 Defensive teams.

LeBron? THREE YEARS OLDER. 12 time all star, 4 time mvp, 6 Final Appearances, 2 titles, 2 Finals MVPs, 4 MVPs, e will add his TENTH- YES TENTH NBA First team once the teams are announced. 5 All NBA 1st team defenses....

Again- 3 years seperate the two. Obviously LeBron got a head start as he was "The Chosen One" and was great right out of high school- and was winning NBA first teams while Steph Curry was playing 4 years at Davidson vs. Mercer and Dayton.

Someone just ban this idiot please!

He's actually making Wiggy likeable compared to him. Although he did just write a small essay after taking the troll bait :rolleyes2:

So the stupid Cavs fans are going to Lebron and Steph career like anyone on here ever said Steph had a better career than Lebron lol. Doesn't change that Curry been the best player in the league the last 2 years.

Lebron is only 3 years older than him in age but he's been in the league 6 years longer than Curry.

Three years may separate the two, but Curry didn't come straight out of high school either. So Lebron's been in the league far longer than Curry (Lebron was drafted in '03, Curry in '09, that's 6 years). Lebron's a generation type of talent, no one's ever denied that.

But where does Curry go off saying he's an all-time great? Show me that link? And if he did, his numbers clearly back it up. Shit, he broke his own 3-point record by over a 100 3-pointers made this season and spear headed a team that beat a Bulls regular season record that many thought would never be broken.

After this year Curry will have the same amount of Championships as LBJ.

The last thing Curry does is talk about himself. Wiggy making up garbage as always. He never once said he's an all time great

oh i am well aware

im not gonna penalize LEBron because he came straight outta high school and Curry had to kick around Davidson playing St. Bonaventure and Moorehead State while LBJ was getting 1st team ALL NBA's.

"ive got real good at ignoring stuff over the last couple years" or whatever...PUHHHLEEEZE...up until 2-3 years ago everyone was ignoring you because you were irrelevant.

Who was ignoring him? People who didn't know basketball just like you? The fans who are not really NBA fans but are instead team fans and therefore only watch their team play? Steph was a good basketball player since his rookie season. In 2012 he began to make the transformation from good to great. Saying people were ignoring Steph Curry is a pretty stupid comment and shows low basketball IQ on your part

What in the hell have you been drinking? You just stated in a different thread that you was viciously attacked by every one - and this is a good example why. First his name is Stephan Curry - and second of all - It's your boy Lebron James that's crying about it - Not Curry - Please get it straight:L No pour me a drink of what you got - that sounds like some strong stuff

cmon...up until 2012 Steph Curry seemed like a pretty good player- but a guy that you worried if he could stay healthy because of the ankle issues, and whether he could defend enough to become a top 10 PG in the league.

2012 you are right- he did begin down the path that has taken him where he is today. Before last season he had won 1 playoff series in his career. Won 1 post season series his first six years in the league. Turnup LOVES ripping on Irving for missing the postseason his first 3 years.

well....he signed a 4 year 44 million dollar deal after his 4th year.....up until 2 years ago was he a top 10 PG? maybe in 2012...maybe not...probably pretty close.

My whole point is that Steph Curry has had 3 big seasons in his career....and the first one came when he was still under the radar...GOING INTO A season- when we are all evaluating teams etc. only twice has Steph Curry been considered a GREAT player.

In that way- i think its kinda strange as far as MVP wins go.....To kinda come outta the blue like that to win 2 and become one of the best 2 guys in the league- when for the first 4-5 years you showed that you might be a really good- if not multi-time all star....you have to give a TON of credit to the kid to take that leap.

My god, this is an awfully long post to come to the conclusion that Steph is a better player than Lebron :bored2:

I have to disagree with some of the posters here.

The OP should never be banned.

We need him here to point to when we get passersby who wonder why this board despises LeBron fans so much.
