The Steelers. Raiders still have a lot of issues that one loud mouthed, though talented, receiver can't fix by himseld

Wouldn’t say tank but any “good” season keeps this FO and Tomlin around.

I'm honestly shocked Tomlin has lasted as long as he has

He has been a winning coach.

Also with the Rooney rule if they fired him, even after winning seasons, the hypocrisy and bad publicity would be damaging.

are you? hes never had a losing season.
10 winning seasons, 2 .500 seasons
and a superbowl.

i mean what franchise wouldnt take that?

and im not a tomlin supporter

forgot about the SuperBowl... Just thought at times he was completely out of his league but he still is a decent coach... Helps when you have Ben, AB and Brown... Let's see how he does this year

Why would anyone pick the Raiders at this point? They have an impact WR now, that's about it. The Steelers have Juju and Conner replacing these impact guys, now they need a WR2 and a backup RB. They will be just fine, I just don't see them being as good as they were but still competing. The Raiders have a long way to go

he has seemed out of his league, but like i said 10 winning seasons, 2 .500, no losing seasons, and a bowl. Also gotta give him some credit for finding brown and ab as well........again, not a tomlin guy

Steelers are just lucky that they dont have to play the Raiders next year.
