are you allowed to hunt from the road? I know that they don't regulate hunting on indian lands, but otherwise?
I lost a cousin to a hunting accident about 30 years ago, and I thought the guy got in legal trouble because they were hunting from the road. (this was in Manitoba)

I know roadside hunting is illegal in BC. I'm not sure if that applies to native land, either.
