I thought the first ten minutes of the third were quite impressive. As for the entire game, I'll chalk it up to shitty outdoor ice.

League is on notice. Cup goes through LA.

A little exploration and I found this in a story on NHL.com:

Kings center Jeff Carter was credited with an assist because the puck hit him in the neutral zone and bounced to Burns, who never had control before Gaborik took it away.

I thought Burns had possession as he was just about to pass the puck to who he was looking at which led to him not seeing Gaborik

Watched this game from the Breeze Bar at Treasure Island with the bro in law and Mrs. Puck for our 40th birthday weekend extravaganza (he is Feb 16, I'm Feb 19) and a) those uniforms were hideous and b) he lives in Santa Cruz and is a Charks fan so I go to rub it in AND loser had to pick up the tab for a group of 8 of us.

He lost close to $450 by the end of the game. Sucka.
