The Caps will right the ship and go on a terror of a streak while scoring 5+ average goals per game eventually. Very streaky team but when they are on, they are almost unstoppable. Plus the Eastern Conf blows lol. They will be ok I would bet.

To stay on topic, what is expected of the Nats this coming year? I don't follow close enough to know what to expect of them but they started off great last year but tapered off.

Dont see it. Not this year. Horrible in defensive zone, horrible on PK, cant hold a lead to save their life, undisciplined, not gettin much scoring outside of OV, goaltending hit or miss, usually more miss. Thank God for 8 shootout wins or they wouldnt even be sniffing a playoff spot currently.

I'm as pessimistic of a DC sports fan as they come, but even i can admit the Nats are a World Series contender. Roster is stacked. Doug Fister, Jerry Blevins and Nate McClouth were outstanding acquisitions. Hopefully Harper stays healthy unlike last year. Im lookin for a break out year for Rendon.

Nats baseball is back!!!!! Been waiting for this since like December.

Taylor Jordan gets the 1st start. I really wanna see him and Roark push Detwiler for that #5 spot this spring.

MLB network will show the Nats @ Mets at 9 pm tonight.

Wilson Ramos can be one of the best catchers in the game if he can stay healthy for a full season. Unfortunately that's kinda a big "if." But man the Nats are a different (in a good way) team when he's playing.
