Seeds are determined by the 247sports rankings that are in this thread - 25 greatest college football programs

Teams only face each other 1x. If a first round matchup face again in the consolation, then the winner of 1st round advances. Semifinal losers goes for 3rd place.

ROUND 1 - WEEK 1

Matchup #1 - #1 seed Oklahoma vs #16 seed Florida
Matchup #2 - #8 seed Nebraska vs #9 seed Penn State



Poll open from Sundays to Saturdays (6 day poll). Can switch votes as often as you like until it closes. Better seed wins a tie. Votes are visible to public.

I am not sure if OU should be a #1 seed, but in no way is Florida even close. It's like saying Penn St is close to Nebraska... um, what CFB world did you grow up in?

Then it gets over too quick. I could do another tournament along with this one. One I have done but never finished was BCS Heisman winners.
