I would need to compare it to how much cap space they had, but I'd be disappointed if my team made over $100 mil of operating income and they didn't make the playoffs. Or even if they had lots of cap space and made over $50 million and my team didn't get to the Conference Championship Game.

Interesting post thank you! Most of it I would have guessed, the value of teams are going to be pretty much set by the market, but I was kind of surprised the texans had such positive numbers. Talents team, great organization, but I really would have expected the cowboys holding most of the interest
