Likely the Browns at #4, unless they trade the pick.

I agree. Browns, Giants and Jets take QB's 1,2,and 3 and the the Browns take Barkley. Theres a chance that someone blows the Giants out of the water (Denver or Buffalo maybe) and move up to #2 but I think they do that to take a QB anyway.

I like getting some grub @ Jackson's across the street from the stadium before games. I'm hoping they have a solid season & make a return to the playoffs this year.

Yeah the last time I was there a group of friends and I hit up a bunch of the microbreweries, got some grub at one of them. Not sure I have eaten at Jackson's though so will have to check that out next time I go. I'm hoping they have a good season as well. People are in a better mood in Denver when at least one fo the teams is doing decent.

I thought this post would be a winner and boy you sure didn't disappoint. I'd like to know what stroke you think you have around here to be dictating anything to me. If I feel like your posts are bullshit, I'll "award" accordingly.

BTW, your fake tough guy act doesn't work on me. Nice try though.

Looks like Giants will take Barkley. I was told by someone who did some work for a Mara family member before the draft two years ago that the Giants absolutely loved Zeke. If they like Barkley even more I think he will be a Giant if they don't go QB

Saquon Barkley - RB - Player
According to Paul Schwartz of the New York Post, it "does not appear likely" the Giants will draft a quarterback with the No. 2 pick.

Per Schwartz, the Giants have met with each of Josh Allen, Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield and Josh Rosen but simply don't feel their body of work is "commensurate" with what they're looking for in a No. 2 pick. Schwartz adds that the Giants consider Penn State RB Saquon Barkley a "near-perfect prospect" and a better player than Ezekiel Elliott, who was drafted fourth overall in 2016. NC State DE Bradley Chubb is also "in the mix" at No. 2, though the Giants are reportedly out on Notre Dame OG Quenton Nelson. The Giants aren't wrong in their assessment of Barkley but passing on a quarterback—particularly with an aging Eli Manning coming off one of his worst seasons—feels like a mistake. Trading out of the No. 2 spot wouldn't be a bad idea, though that's never been GM Dave Gettleman's MO.

This seems like a mistake but they do have Davis Webb so if they think they have a future starter there then I'm sure they can talk themselves in Barkley.

The part about the QB body of work stuff reminds me of the Browns trashing Goff and Wentz so I'd take that with a grain of salt.

Browns have a great chance to get the 2 best players in the draft ( Barkley and Chubb ) and still have the picks to trade back into the first for a QB. That said they'll likely draft a QB at 1 and Barkley/Chubb at 4. IF they don't take him 4 Denver will take him at 5

Yep. That would leave Chubb at 4. Personally I go Barkley and Chubb, trust Tyrod to be Tyrod and try to trade back up to get a guy like Jackson. I know a lot of people don't like that but Tyrod is solid and you put Barkley with him I think that's s perfect for for what both guys do well and Chubb opposite Garrett would be tough to stop

I thought for sure the Giants were taking a QB but I keep hearing that they won't so maybe they take him or trade down.

The Giants need a young QB to backup Eli.

The Giants need a young QB to backup Eli.

Word is it they like the kid they took in the 3rd round last year and see him as the successor. They didn't get a chance to work with him much last year because the collective bargaining agreement doesn't give you time to get a rookie prepared to be the actual backup so they had to give Gino all the 2nd team reps.

Then again, this all might be a smoke screen. They all lie this time of year
