At the start of the season, we had some questions. Who was going to fill the shoes of Westbrook, Joe and Samaje, Evans, etc? As usual, next man up.

CeeDee Lamb has really impressed me as a true Frosh. His ball skills at this point seem to be at least as good as either DeDe or Sterling imho. He has made some amazing catches in his brief tenure. Has good speed. Only a frosh, remember. With talent around him he has shone.

The RB's have looked not bad. Hasn't just been one. Each game, seems like a different guy stepping up. Sermon, Sutton, Adams. Anderson just can't seem to break out. Perhaps all the injuries? And can't forget the multi-talented Flowers. With all the talent, it allows Baker to not run as much.

The O line is great as expected. Other than the BU anomaly, they have excelled.

Perhaps the biggest surprise has been our D. Other than the BU vacation, they have looked very good. Keeping tOSU in check. Kelly is steady. Motley has made the other side a bad choice for the opposition. Oboe is a force....has the speed of Striker but stronger. JT has matured. Parker too. The D line is unexpectedly very tough.

Still looking for a break out punt/kick return threat. We have tried quite a few, but haven't seen that knock out yet.

In LR's brief tenure, he has looked pretty good other than the BU vacation. At times, amazing. The stage doesn't appear to be too big. We will know a bit more after the TCU, Okie lt and RRSO games.

Hopefully, the bye gave us a chance to heal and focus for the gauntlet. Onward!

We get Bledsoe back this week. That's big.
