So what do you guys think about the NFL possibly getting rid of extra points? Honestly I think it would be dumb if they do that.
My understanding is that it is an automatic 7 points for a TD. If you decide to go for it, the team will get 8 points total for a successful attempt or have their points reduced to 6 points if unsuccessful. Nothing really changes, as a coach will use the same strategy as to WHEN to try and go for it.
taking special teams out of the game one by one. instead of punting, the opposing team will just start at the 20 every time. field goals will be non contact, it will just be the kicker, the holder and one opposing defender that stands by them and taunts them to try to make them fuck up, BASEketball style.

i like the extra point try . i dont think there are enough injuries on extra point tries to warrant a change
