I just read this article on her coaching situation, it's now only her dad, Piotr.

I believe during the FO broadcast 1-2 years ago, Martina Navratilova offered to coach her.

Wozniacki wasn't there in studio with her, but Martina said she wouldn't mind coaching Wozniacki and offering some suggestions. Some of it had to do with lessening the schedule, and others had to do with her game.

Who knows? But you never say never. Nobody thought Li Na had the game or would ever win major championships. But she did and she had strange relationship with her then husband-coach. However, with Wozniacki who ascended to the number one without winning a major, you never know.

Just some "real life" stuff going on. Politics is the last thing I want to argue about right now. I lurk some on both boards but haven't offered much of substance. Not that I ever did to begin with.

Relationships pre marriage are a distraction. Sometimes even after, but certainly before. Mostly when both are famous and have schedules that separate them for long periods of time.


Not sure if Woz has what it takes to win majors. Too many top players to beat. Of course we have seen in recent years where things have fallen just right for some lesser players to win majors especially on the womens side.

Normally I'll watch the the end of a golf major, but have been been busy this time.
