Here are the current Big 12 standings...........

Texas 15-5
Texas A&M 14-6
Oklahoma State 12-8
Oklahoma 9-9
Kansas 9-10
Baylor 9-11
Kansas State 8-12
Missouri 6-10
Texas Tech 7-12
Nebraska 5-11


I said before this season started that I thought this year would be the year we would start to see progress...........

I think it's fair to say progress is not being made. Coming up we have Texas, Texas A&M, and Missouri left on our schedule...............

Not good........

So where do you see Anderson now? I am not trying to piss Jed off here by the way, I'm just being serious...........where do you guys see Anderson now? I gave him a fair chance, and I personally say it's time to look elsewhere.

I think anderson sucks....... And I'm being completely fair and accurate in that assessment....


He underachieved with van dorns players...... and hasn't finished better than 3rd in the league since van dorns players left......

And has been in the bottom of the big xii the last 4 years.........

I read on some site where someone said "we should give him a shot in the Big 10 though...."

I disagree with that.

I think we should give Doc a shot in the Big 10..........but that is because Doc is showing SOME promise with poor recruits, and we have a new facility which should produce better recruits..........I see some hope in that.


But make no mistake about it............Mike Anderson is not pulling in bad recruits, he is getting along just fine in that area. He just isn't showing any signs of turning the corner.

The win over UCLA was neat at the start of the season..........but now look at where UCLA is............ranked 54th in the most recent RPI rankings, just 5 spots ahead of Nebraska at 59th.

I agree with giving doc a shot... he has showed promise with shit recruits with shit facilities.....


Anderson has showed no promise since 2005 with good recruits and pretty good facilities..
