And let's just say these were the losses up for debate through three articles I read

@NO - all 3
@Denver-1 loss
@Chi-1 loss
GB - 2 losses
@LV - 2 losses (totally laughable)
@NYG - 1 loss (even more laughable)
KC- 2 losses
Min - 1 loss (Cousins can win this game? It will probably be flexed to primetime)
@Atl- all 3 (But we've seen Atlanta against Brady before)

The Bucs will lose every game on their schedule that, as of yet, is without a kickoff time.

Book it.

It'll be tough for teams going into Vegas year one. Distracting town for the away players.

How many defenders even remain from the Falcon's team Brady beat? I don't think that matters.

If the Bears game is against Nick Foles, the Bucs and Brady will surely lose.

Same if the Giants game is against Eli.:laugh:

The only way Atlanta wins is if Tampa’s offense beats themselves.

1 @ Saints - loss
2 Panthers - Win
3 @ Broncos - loss
4 Chargers - win
5 @ Bears - loss
6 Packers - win
7 @ Raiders - win
8 @ Giants - win
9 Saints - win
10 @ Panthers - win
11 Rams - Win
12 Chiefs - Loss
13 BYE
14 Vikings - win
15 @ Falcons - win

A shaky start as the offense trys to find its way with a reduced offseason and preseason but find their groove and finish the year 12-4 to win the NFC South.

People are too high on Tampa. The weapons the Bucs have on offense are elite but they dont mesh well with what Brady does best as theyre more downfield type guys. Perhaps more importantly the Arians system isnt suited for a 43 year old, immobile QB. Guys who play QB in that system get hit and get hit a fuck ton ( Winston. Palmer, Big Ben, Luck)

Youre either going to have to change the offense and not maximize your skill talent or hope Brady stays in one piece

Ill say 8-8

Falcons will split with Tampa....at worst....OFC is loaded and they will figure it out at some point...but the Bucs are still not great on the backend and whole of pressure on a guy to repeat a big number on the edge....pardon the pun.

That’s optimistic. The defense didn’t get better and they already sucked. Sure, we have an offense that shows up sometimes but when the opposing team can march at will down the field while controlling the clock it’s an uphill battle. Our running games are probably a wash but they still have better overall receiving options even if the few we have are pretty good. I’ll probably always be a pessimist about the Falcons until they prove otherwise.

DEF...there's a buncha IFs but the DEF actually could be better. Losing Trufant might negate the gains they made on the DL, but they like both young CBs. Fowler is a better player than Vic.

To me...getting Morris at DC the whole season will help. DQ is too system reliant...if he does come out of his base, it's normally forced and the team is ready for it...Morris actually calls a DEF play to play, far less predictable. The games should be very high scoring and entertaining, but I'm giving them the split with both TB and NO.

But...your last sentence weighs on the minds a lot of Falcon fans...wait and see...hard to blame you.

On paper Fowler is better sure. We will need to get lucky with injuries to save this season. The young talent is kind of there however it’s an ebb and flow of losing guys and seeing if their replacement can hold up. That’s true for anyone but even more true for a team without much talent or depth.

Talent wise...ATL, NO, TB are all paying a huge chunk of the cap at QB and on OFC. When you break them down (in DIV) I think they stack up pretty well talent wise as a whole. But yes, they will be relying on some young players and hoping they can keep others (Keanau Neal) on the field all season.

The Saints might look the strongest on paper, but IMO ATL, NO, TB all have the talent to make the playoffs and if one or two things go wrong injury wise, all three could be 8-8 type teams.

Brady will murder opponents if the Bucs can adapt to and dink and dunk offense. Arians won't play that way, he wants big chunks and big plays and Tom Brady cannot throw forty or fifty yard passes, especially in the fourth quarter.

The Bucs will be lucky to be 10-6. They will not beat the Saints (-2), Bears(-1), Bronco (-1), Chiefs (_1) and will lose to the Falcons in Atlanta (-1). The Raiders and Vikes could be a problem for them also (-2) and that would be 8-8. Brady best be careful about working out this early. He may think he's getting built up, but at 43 the body takes 3x as long to recover as it did at 23 and 2x as long as 33. You don't build up an arm throwing a football, you actually tear it down a bit and must allow for recovery.

I don’t think TBs D is great but not having to deal with that many turnovers from the QB position will certainly improve them from a stats perspective
