They played Illinois in a similar fashion to the way we did.

Anybody watching this Stanford game can see that the Huskies are a pretty impressive team. You don't just stroll into Stanford's home stadium and challenge the Trees these days without playing good football.

Do we have hope?

I want to puke after seeing that happen just now....

That was home cooking in such a big way. Those officials in the booth are going to have to answer some questions come tomorrow. There were no TV angles that showed any evidence of that ball hitting the ground.

Play should have stood as called on the field. Just when I thought I've seen it all.

I thought I'd seent it all with the b12 refs, but this year the pac12 refs have totally redeemed themselves, they stand alone

aside from the refs, one of the best games ive watched this year

Yeah it was a tough loss for us Husky fans. It is always really, really hard to have a play like that over turned and not know what would have happened otherwise.

I don't think there was definitive evidence of the ball hitting the ground. I personally do not think the ball hit the ground, but if you have a call that can actually be as debated as much as that catch was, I don't think it is conclusive.

Even if the ball did hit the ground, I just don't see how it fills the requirement of being conclusive. I was pretty confident that would be upheld, tough loss regardless.

Thanks for the respect guys, nice to see the Huskies getting some national respect again. Best of luck to the Huskers as well.

University of Washington has had a severe penalty problem this year so I tried not to blame the refs for all the flags (as much as I possibly could) but I think that overturning the catch was inexcusable. I just didn't see that it was clear, definitive, conclusive or whatever word the NCAA rulebook uses.

Hoping that the Huskies use this one as motivation to upset Oregon next week!

Man it sucks to lose a game when the refs take your team out of it, that call was real shit. I wasn't sure about Warshington this year but you guys just proved yourselves in my book. Good luck the rest of the year

Thanks, much appreciated!

Being a Seahawk fan and having to listen to Packers fans talk about the infamous MNF game for over a month I've learned to try not to put all the blame on the refs as I know how irritating that can be for an opposing fanbase lol.

Hopefully we clean up the penalties and send Nike U home in tears next week! :suds:

I had Washington to upset Stanford in my pickem's.

They are a good team on paper and on the field IMO.

Had Washington gotten their asses handed to them, I'd be worried about the rest of the season. I think Bo gets his 9 wins.

Washington is a quality team and as much as it pains me to say this the PAC is a strong conference as far as the tophalf goes

I think PAC teams are hard to pick. There are maybe 3 with any consistency.

Oregon
Stanford

Washington is working it's way in there.

I had Ariz St to beat ND, but you never know which Ariz St will show up.
