Everyone makes mistakes dad... you, me, Scotty Mac, the Pope, the medical staff and even TW himself. Now, Trent needs to look in the mirror and ask himself, "what if the organization just left me out to dry when I screwed up smoking weed when I shouldn't have? He totally let his teammates down, the organization, his fans, friends and family. The Redskins didn't give up on Trent, they stood behind him and went as far as making him a Captain of the football team.
I'm not saying anyone should sweep this under the rug and just move along. Review the process each step with Trent to determine where things are broken, asses it, repair it by means necessary to the satisfaction of all and move on. That's what not only other organizations do, but its what humans do. They don't tell everyone "only Trent and I know what was said". What a load of spewing from BA's mouth. Bruce doesn't want everyone to know what Trent really said which was more likely that Bruce is a donkey!
