Philly might go over the cap temporarily. They can go over by a certain percentage until training camp I think.

Just read a retraction/correction from the Flyers that they are getting close to finishing that deal as well.

I keep bringing this point up. We have around 3+ mil in cap space right now:

Leighton, Walker, Lappy, Shelley. At least three of them will be off the books so thats another 3-4 million. That is surprisingly a lot of money hiding on the books right now that will disappear.

I still thing he may not be signed because of the potential of a trade or another large signing.
